Cookie Policy
We minimise cookies. We set no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and — on many sites — to track behaviour for analytics or advertising. At Niravi Inc. we deliberately keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run the Service.
This policy explains which cookies we set. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies we set
We set only strictly-necessary cookies. These are required for the web application to function and to keep you securely signed in — they cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.
| Cookie (category) | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Auth0 / authentication & session cookies | Auth0 (Okta) | Keep you securely signed in and maintain your authenticated session on app.niravi.io | Strictly necessary | Session / short-lived |
Exact cookie names are set by the Auth0 SDK and may vary; the category and purpose above describe what they do.
Cookies we do not set
We set no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies.
We currently use no web analytics at all. If we introduce analytics in the future, it will be cookieless and privacy-first (for example, Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible), and we will update this policy accordingly. Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not transfer your data to a third-party font provider. Because we set only strictly-necessary cookies, a cookie-consent banner is not currently required.
How to control or clear cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view stored cookies, block cookies, and clear existing ones. Helpful guides are available for:
- Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note that blocking or clearing the strictly-necessary authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent the web application from working correctly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if our cookie use changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
